To open and maintain a pk988 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

Verification documents must be valid, current and issued by a recognised authority.
Account balances may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other currencies as supported by the operator. Currency conversion rates and any applicable fees are determined by the operator at the time of transaction.

pk988 reserves the right to declare a bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement beyond the operator's stated re-scheduling window; use of incorrect odds due to a technical or human error; verified match-fixing or corruption affecting the event outcome; or any other circumstance provided for under specific sport rules.

pk988 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC service providers and fraud prevention partners is shared solely for the purposes of operating the platform, verifying your identity and complying with applicable legal obligations.
pk988 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a site notification or email to your registered address. The revised Terms will display a new effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the pk988 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your Account.
Either party may close a pk988 Account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees — will be returned to you via a verified payment method, provided all KYC obligations are satisfied.
pk988 may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; money laundering or financial crime; failure to complete required KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or any conduct that pk988 reasonably considers harmful to the platform or its users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, pk988 may retain the Account balance as compensation for damages.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence.
